Free San Francisco Museum of Modern Art field trip on Aug. 11th

The San Francisco and Berkeley chapters of the USA Spinal Network are offering a free field trip complete with transportation to/from the museum, meal and admission.

Please join Everyday Abilities, the United Spinal Association San Francisco Bay Area Spinal Network at a night out at SF MoMa. Everyone is welcome!

When: Thursday, August 11th (The event is in place of our Berkeley monthly meeting)
Where: SF MoMa (Dinner at Westfield Food Court)

BART transportation tickets and museum entrance brought to you by the Center of Independent Living Berkeley (CIL). Dinner provided by Apple West Home Medical Supply (Tom Shankle).

The CIL monies used for this event are for educating and training individuals on using and navigating public transportation and spaces. This is the perfect venue. Therefore prior to the event, the CIL will require some signatures from all participants. This is necessary so that the CIL Berkeley can continue to acquire funding for programs like this and others. The CIL will not sell your information or mis-use it.

Departure to the museum are from two locations:
(1) The Ed Roberts Campus (ERC) in Berkeley
(2) The Independent Living Recourse Center San Francisco (ILRCSF)

There are only 25 tickets, so register now! There is a nominal registration fee of $10 to hold your reservation. Please designate the location you will be meeting on your RSVP.

(1) Leaving from the ERC
4:00 Meet at the ERC, complete CIL paperwork for the event
4:15ish Head to Ashby BART – San Francisco bound! (Powell Station)
5:00 Food time at Westfield Food Court
6:00 Head to SF MoMa
8:00ish Return to Powell Bart station and back to the ERC

(2) Leaving from ILRCSF
4:20 Meet at ILRCSF, complete CIL paperwork for the event
4:40ish Head to Westfield Food Court
5:00 Food time at Westfield Food Court
6:00 Head to SF MoMa
8:00ish Depart
